π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving positive change within our organization. You will work closely with our HR team to develop and implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the company. You will also work with employees at all levels to educate them on the importance of DEI and how they can contribute to a more inclusive workplace culture. Your work will be guided by our company's values of integrity, accountability, and respect, and you will be expected to communicate the importance of these values to employees.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace, including recruiting and hiring practices, training programs, and employee resource groups.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate employees on diversity and inclusion, and provide guidance on how to create a more inclusive workplace culture.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our diversity and inclusion efforts, and develop recommendations for change.
Partner with HR to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote diversity and inclusion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the company.
Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion issues and provide guidance to employees and leadership.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, preferably in a corporate setting.
Master's degree in a related field, such as organizational development or diversity studies.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion theories and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to employees at all levels.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certification in diversity and inclusion, such as the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or the Certified Inclusion Professional (CIP).
Experience working in a global organization, with knowledge of international diversity and inclusion issues.
Familiarity with HR systems and tools, such as HRIS and performance management software.
Ability to analyze data and develop data-driven recommendations.

We are offering a competitive salary of β¬60,000 - β¬80,000 per year, depending on experience.
