šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist for Employee Experience, you will play a key role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring that everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. Reporting directly to the Head of Employee Experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and implement comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that meet the needs of a rapidly changing workforce
⢠Collaborate with employees, management, and external partners to create a culture of inclusion and respect
⢠Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
⢠Analyze and report on diversity metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and advocacy groups to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
⢠Provide recommendations to senior leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and budget
⢠Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gauge the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives
⢠Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
⢠Develop and implement plans to increase representation of underrepresented groups within the organization
⢠Collaborate with HR and communications teams to communicate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to employees
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, preferably within a large global organization
⢠Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices
⢠Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business
⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as organizational development, human resources, or social sciences
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in a related field, such as organizational development or human resources
⢠Experience working with employee resource groups or affinity groups
⢠Certification in diversity, equity, and inclusion (e.g. CEDS, DEI certification)
⢠Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin)

Cigna offers a competitive salary range of Ā£50,000 ā Ā£80,000 per year, depending on experience
