Dollar Tree Inventory Management Specialist — Germany Remote

🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a key member of our Germany-based inventory management team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of merchandise into and out of our stores. You will work closely with our buying, logistics, and store operations teams to ensure that our stores have the right products at the right time. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be expected to work independently while collaborating with our global team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple stores and warehouses

Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize waste

Collaborate with buying team to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise

Develop and implement policies and procedures for inventory management

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping, and receiving

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner

Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce stockouts

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Advanced knowledge of inventory management software and systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Certifications in inventory management or supply chain management

Fluent in multiple languages (German, English)

Ability to travel to Germany for training and meetings (rarely)

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, plus a bonus structure based on performance.
