🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Retail Operations Manager at Dollar Tree, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple stores. You will work closely with store managers to ensure smooth store operations, manage inventory, and implement sales strategies. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement action plans to improve store sales and profitability

- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate better deals

- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience

- Recruit, train, and develop store managers to ensure leadership development

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in retail operations or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Proven track record of improving store sales and profitability

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Experience with inventory management systems and logistics

- Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices
