🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for optimizing our logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery of products to our stores. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance our customers' experience. You'll report directly to our Director of Supply Chain and will have a significant impact on our company's growth and profitability.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to meet business objectives

Negotiate with carriers and suppliers to secure favorable rates and terms

Analyze data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

Collaborate with the cross-functional team to optimize our distribution network

Implement and manage inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking

Manage and optimize our return-to-vendor process

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and carriers

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

Proven experience in negotiation and contract management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data analytics tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with transportation management systems and inventory management software

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field

Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
