🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The e-commerce Integration Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of Domino's e-commerce platform with its back-end systems and data analytics tools, collaborating closely with the IT team. This role will work directly with the E-commerce Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive e-commerce growth and improve the customer experience. As part of our remote work policy, this position can be performed from anywhere in Germany.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between Domino's e-commerce platform and various third-party services, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with the IT team to design, test, and deploy new features and integrations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal uptime.

- Work closely with the E-commerce Manager to identify areas for e-commerce growth and develop data-driven strategies to improve the customer experience.

- Conduct regular performance monitoring and tuning of the e-commerce platform and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automating repetitive tasks, and streamlining workflows.

- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for e-commerce integrations, APIs, and related technical assets.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of new features and integrations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce integration, API development, and system integration, preferably in the food delivery or retail industry.

- Strong technical skills in Java, Python, or C#, with experience in API development using Spring, Django, or .NET.

- Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Segment, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, with knowledge of managed services like API Gateway and Lambda.

- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools like Amazon Redshift or Looker.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Domino's Germany offers a highly competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
