šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Sales Operations Manager — Data Insights, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing operations across our Mexico market. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve sales performance. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions, drive revenue growth, and stay ahead of the competition.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies based on data insights.

. Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.

. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate sales performance to stakeholders.

. Work closely with the Regional Director of Sales to set sales goals, track progress, and develop corrective actions.

. Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service, and logistics.

. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market research to inform data-driven decisions.

. Collaborate with the IT department to implement new sales tools, systems, and process improvements.

. Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.

. Provide timely and accurate sales reporting to stakeholders, including sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.

. Develop and maintain sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

. Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.

. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

. Experience in the foodservice or retail industry.

. Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or sales operations.

. Familiarity with sales forecasting tools and techniques.

. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.

. Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools.
