šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
This Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across our e-commerce platform. Reporting to the Director of E-commerce, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop actionable recommendations, and implement process changes that drive business outcomes. Your primary focus will be on analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our e-commerce platform, including its features, functionalities, and performance metrics.. Analyze customer data, market research, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.. Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop process improvement recommendations.. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business outcomes and inform strategic decisions.. Work closely with development teams to prioritize and implement process changes and technical enhancements.. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure they align with our business objectives.. Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide insights to drive business growth.. Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.. Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics.. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.. Experience working in an agile environment, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Salesforce or Magento.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 2+ years of experience working in the retail or e-commerce industry.. Certification in data analysis or business analysis, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).. Experience working with cloud-based solutions, such as AWS or Azure.. Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or QlikView.. Strong understanding of web development principles and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
