šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The E-commerce Category Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our e-commerce category strategy across the Home Improvement Division. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of E-commerce and will be part of a high-performing team that drives business growth and innovation.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute e-commerce category strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase online conversion rates.
Lead cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, pricing, and inventory management across online channels.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, improve product quality, and ensure timely delivery.
Analyze sales data and customer insights to inform product assortment and pricing decisions.
Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce category initiatives.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive category growth.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce category management.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in e-commerce category management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability in an e-commerce environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams or leading projects.
Certification in e-commerce or a related field (e.g. Certified E-commerce Professional).
Experience working with large-scale e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, SAP Commerce).

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
