As an E-commerce Content Manager at Hobby Lobby, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging online content to drive sales and customer engagement across our e-commerce platforms. - Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute content marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

- Work with our product team to ensure that online content accurately reflects product details, pricing, and availability.

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce content marketing.

- Analyze website analytics to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and ensure that online content is accurate and consistent.

- Collaborate with our design team to ensure that online content is visually appealing and aligns with our brand visual identity.

- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.

- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize content performance.

- Stay up-to-date on industry certifications and best practices in e-commerce content marketing.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce content marketing or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing content marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and high-quality content.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze website analytics and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.

- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.

- Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising.
