šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As an E-commerce Customer Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for enhancing our online shopping experience, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through data-driven insights and creative solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, marketing, and technology, to identify opportunities and develop strategies to meet our customers' evolving needs. You will report to our Senior Director of E-commerce and will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of experts who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive customer experience strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through online channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new e-commerce features, promotions, and initiatives that meet customer needs and expectations.
Conduct customer research and analysis to identify trends, preferences, and pain points, and develop insights to inform business decisions.
Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation to measure the effectiveness of new features and initiatives.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address customer concerns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce customer experience and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or e-commerce strategy roles.
Proven track record of delivering successful customer experience initiatives that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, data analytics tools, and customer data platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Certification in customer experience or user experience design.
Ability to speak multiple languages.
