🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an E-commerce Integration Specialist at Bath & Body Works, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration of our e-commerce platform with our brick-and-mortar stores. You will work closely with our IT team to design, implement, and maintain the technical infrastructure that supports our e-commerce operations. You will report directly to the Senior Director of E-commerce and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our online sales growth and customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and implement API integrations with third-party vendors to enhance our e-commerce functionality.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new e-commerce features and functionality.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-commerce platform integrations.

* Conduct regular reviews of our e-commerce platform performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation for e-commerce platform integrations.

* Collaborate with our IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our e-commerce platform.

* Analyze and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and inventory management.

* Implement and maintain data analytics tools to track e-commerce performance metrics.

* Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless e-commerce integrations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce integration, API development, and technical project management.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Strong understanding of API design, development, and deployment.

* Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify.

* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

* Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
