šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The E-commerce Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce business. This person will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end online shopping experience, ensuring seamless integration with our stores and supply chain, and driving business results through data-driven insights. The E-commerce Operations Manager will report directly to the VP of E-commerce and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and customer service. This role will have a significant impact on our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize the online shopping experience.
Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure seamless inventory management and shipping processes.
Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including third-party logistics providers and suppliers.
Oversee the development and implementation of business intelligence tools and dashboards to inform business decisions.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to senior leadership on e-commerce performance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
Strong business acumen and analytic skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
BSc or BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in the home improvement industry or a related field.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Experience working with big data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
