🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the expansion of Food Lion's online presence in the German market. You will be responsible for ensuring that our e-commerce platform is running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, and that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will report to the E-commerce Manager and will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement efficient e-commerce operations strategies to support the growth of Food Lion's online business in Germany.

Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of online orders.

Work with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues related to online orders.

Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns.

Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to support e-commerce operations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
