🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our e-commerce platform in Latin America. Reporting to the E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our online shopping experience to customers in Mexico and other Latin American countries. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to expand our online presence and drive business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our e-commerce platform and its technical capabilities

* Collaborate with the E-Commerce Operations team to identify and prioritize process improvements and automation opportunities

* Provide technical guidance and support to e-commerce stakeholders on platform functionality and integration

* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience

* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth initiatives

* Develop and maintain documentation and procedural guides to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in e-commerce platforms, logistics management software, and data analysis tools

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment

* Familiarity with Latin American market requirements and regulations

* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or Adobe Commerce

* Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile or Scrum
