šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As an E-commerce Platform Operations Specialist - Customer Experience, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer interactions across our e-commerce channels. You'll report to the Director of E-commerce Operations and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues that impact customer satisfaction. Your work will have a direct impact on our business, as we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with our e-commerce development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting customer experience.
* Analyze and report on customer feedback and sentiment, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process changes.
* Work with our customer service team to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and communication.
* Collaborate with our analytics team to develop and implement metrics and dashboards to measure customer satisfaction and experience.
* Develop and implement training programs to educate our customer service team on e-commerce platform technical aspects.
* Provide subject matter expertise to the business on e-commerce platform capabilities and limitations.
* Collaborate with our business stakeholders to develop and implement new e-commerce platform features and functionality.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer experience, or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Strong technical skills, including experience with e-commerce platforms, APIs, and software development lifecycle.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
* Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
* Certification in ITIL, Agile, or a related field.
* Experience with cloud-based e-commerce platforms.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
