šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As an E-Learning Video Producer, you'll play a crucial role in creating high-quality video content for our internal training programs. You'll work closely with our Learning and Development team to develop engaging storylines, scripts, and visual concepts that bring complex topics to life. You'll report directly to the Learning and Development Manager and work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure that our content is accurate, relevant, and accessible.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce high-quality video content for internal training programs, including explainer videos, tutorials, and instructional videos.

Develop engaging storylines, scripts, and visual concepts that bring complex topics to life.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that our content is accurate, relevant, and accessible.

Work closely with the Learning and Development team to develop and implement content calendars and workflows.

Edit and refine video content to ensure that it meets our high standards.

Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and video production.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in video production, with a focus on e-learning or corporate content.

Degree in Film, Television, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Experience with video editing software, such as Avid or Final Cut Pro.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with 360-degree video production and virtual reality content creation.

Certification in instructional design or adult learning theory.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online course platforms.

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
