🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Enterprise Cloud Solutions Architect — Telecommunications, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our enterprise customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Cloud Architecture, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of cloud computing across our organization and ensuring that our cloud-based solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement cloud-based solutions for enterprise customers, leveraging AT&T's cloud infrastructure and platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides.

- Work with the product management team to identify and prioritize new feature development and enhancements to our cloud-based solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and support to internal customers, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement across our organization.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

- Participate in and lead architectural reviews, design sessions, and other technical meetings to ensure that cloud-based solutions align with AT&T's overall strategy and architecture.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans for cloud-based projects and initiatives.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for enterprise customers.

- Proven track record of success in architecting and delivering cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Expert-level knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platforms, including AWS and Azure.

- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Certification in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.

- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools, such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
