🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Enterprise Data Architect in our Financial Services practice, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform their data management capabilities and extract value from their data assets. You will work closely with clients to understand their data management challenges and develop strategic solutions to address them. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures that meet the needs of our clients' businesses, and for leading cross-functional teams to implement these solutions. You will report to a Senior Manager in our practice, and will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients and projects.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement data architectures that meet the needs of our clients' businesses, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data governance.

- Lead cross-functional teams to implement data solutions, including data integration, data quality, and data security.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their data management challenges and develop strategic solutions to address them.

- Design and implement data integration and data quality solutions, including data transformation, data validation, and data cleansing.

- Develop and maintain data architecture documentation, including data models, data flows, and data governance policies.

- Collaborate with other teams, including project management, business analysis, and technical delivery, to ensure that data solutions are aligned with business requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data management and architecture, and apply this knowledge to our clients' businesses.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data governance.

- Experience with data integration and data quality tools and technologies, including ETL, data transformation, and data validation.

- Experience with data governance and data security concepts and technologies, including data encryption, access control, and data masking.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.

- Experience with agile project management methodologies.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with cloud-based data management platforms, including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.

- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools and technologies, including Tableau and Power BI.

- Certification in data architecture or data management, such as Certified Data Architect (CDA) or Certified Data Manager (CDM).

- Experience with data governance and data security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and vacation days. We have a strong commitment to learning and development, with a budget of €5,000 per year for training and education. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and office work.
