🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Enterprise Pharmacy Systems Implementation Lead, you will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams to implement new pharmacy systems and technologies across the organization. You will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy Systems Implementation and will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your impact will be felt across the entire organization, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our pharmacy operations.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans for pharmacy systems implementation projects.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including pharmacy operations, IT, and business stakeholders.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that pharmacy systems meet those needs.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure that pharmacy systems are properly designed, tested, and implemented.

Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business leaders, and team members.

Provide input to process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with CVS Health policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or technology implementations.

Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including pharmacy operations, IT, and business stakeholders.

Experience with pharmacy systems, including pharmacy management systems, automated dispensing systems, and other related technologies.

BSc or BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PMP or Agile certification, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Experience working with cloud-based pharmacy systems, including implementation and integration.

Familiarity with CVS Health's pharmacy operations and systems.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Base salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
