🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist - Compliance, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our organization. You will work closely with our risk management team, compliance department, and business units to develop and implement risk management strategies. You will report to the Director of Risk Management and will be responsible for developing and maintaining risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. Your work will have a direct impact on the overall risk posture of the organization.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks across the organization.

* Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

* Collaborate with business units and compliance department to develop and implement risk management strategies.

* Provide risk management training and awareness to employees.

* Conduct regular risk reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.

* Develop and maintain risk dashboards and reports.

* Identify and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.

* Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulators.

* Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and emerging risks.

* Develop and maintain risk management budgets and resource plans.

* Participate in enterprise risk management committees and working groups.

* Develop and implement risk management metrics and key performance indicators.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in risk management or compliance.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

* Professional certifications such as CRMP, CFE, or CISA are a plus.

* Experience with risk management frameworks such as COSO or NIST.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

* Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DSGVO, or HIPAA.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

* Experience working with risk management software such as Riskonnect or RiskVue.

* Knowledge of German regulatory requirements.

* Fluent German language skills.
