🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist — Insurance, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business operations. You will work closely with our global risk management team to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. You will report to the Director of Global Risk Management and have the opportunity to impact our company's overall risk profile. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our risk management objectives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and maintain enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of high risk, providing recommendations for mitigation and remediation.

. Collaborate with business leaders and risk management teams to develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

. Provide risk management guidance and support to business units, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

. Analyze and report on risk trends, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhanced risk management practices.

. Develop and maintain risk management dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

. Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and regulators, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on risk management best practices and company policies.

. Conduct regular risk reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhanced risk management practices.

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk management records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, or a related field.

. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, finance, or business administration.

. Professional certifications, such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified Insurance Risk Manager (CIRM), are highly desirable.

. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
