šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Experienced Store Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of store associates in achieving sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a safe and efficient store environment. Reporting to the District Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our store and contribute to the growth and development of our team members. You'll be an expert in store operations, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action
Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement regional business initiatives
Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of store operations
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company health and safety standards
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Certifications in areas such as safety or inventory management are a plus
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail environment
Knowledge of retail software and systems, such as POS and inventory management
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Certifications in areas such as safety or inventory management
Experience with inventory management software and systems

£50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
