🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Flight Operations Analyst (Airline Partnerships), you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing flight operations across our airline partnerships. You will work closely with our operations teams, stakeholders, and partners to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Senior Manager of Flight Operations and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze flight schedules, crew rosters, and operations data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

• Collaborate with operations teams, stakeholders, and partners to develop and implement solutions to optimize flight operations

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• Work with our IT team to develop and implement data-driven solutions using our flight operations system and other tools

• Conduct regular reviews and audits of flight operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our airline partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication

• Collaborate with our training team to develop and deliver training programs to operations teams on new processes, tools, and best practices

• Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

• Identify and develop new metrics and key performance indicators to measure flight operations performance

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation, operations research, mathematics, computer science)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, such as flight operations, operations research, or data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Experience with data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)

• Strong working knowledge of airline operations and regulations

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., master's in aviation, operations research, or business analytics)

• Previous experience working in a similar role in the airline industry

• Certification in data analysis or operations research (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Operations Research Analyst)

• Experience with data science tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Julia)
