🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the German Business Development Manager β€” Medical Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the German market. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key customers and partners. You will report to the Sales Director for Germany and will be part of a dynamic and experienced sales team. Your impact will be significant, as you will contribute to the growth and success of Stryker's business in Germany.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute business growth strategies for the German market, including identifying new business opportunities, developing sales plans, and building relationships with key customers and partners.

Identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to develop and execute sales plans.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, including surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.

Provide sales support and training to internal stakeholders, including sales teams and customer service representatives.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, including sales metrics and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

Develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the medical device industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the German medical device market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
