🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cloud Solutions Architect — Enterprise Implementation Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our esteemed clients. Reporting to our Cloud Solutions Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, identify solutions, and drive successful project outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and systems, resulting in improved efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and develop tailored cloud solutions to meet their needs.

* Design and implement cloud-based architecture, including infrastructure, security, and compliance configurations.

* Work with development teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration files, and user guides.

* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solution stability and performance.

* Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of cloud solutions.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions and services.

* Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical communities to drive innovation and thought leadership within the company.

* Manage and mitigate risks associated with cloud deployments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

* Participate in sales efforts to promote our cloud solutions and services to potential clients.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years of experience in cloud computing, architecture, or engineering, with a focus on enterprise implementation.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and/or IBM Cloud.

* Proven experience with containerization, orchestration, and hybrid cloud environments.

* Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.

* Strong understanding of security principles, including identity and access management, encryption, and firewalls.

* Experience with agile development methodologies and project management frameworks.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Certification in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Developer.

* Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.

* Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

* Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.

* Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools, such as Splunk or ELK.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
