π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a German Language Customer Success Strategist for E-commerce Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our e-commerce clients in Germany. You will report directly to our Regional Customer Success Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing customized client success strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client success initiatives and will be expected to drive business results and continuously improve our client success processes.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement customized client success strategies to meet the unique needs of e-commerce clients in Germany.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client success initiatives.
Drive business results and continuously improve client success processes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to ensure effective handoffs.
Manage and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior leaders.
Native German language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn and utilize other tools as needed.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on client success and account management.
Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify or Magento.
