π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a German Market Expansion Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us grow our presence in the German market. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement market expansion strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders. This role will report to our European Market Expansion Director and will have a significant impact on our company's growth and success in Germany.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a German Market Expansion Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the German retail market.
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies to increase our presence in Germany, including opening new stores and launching new product lines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials, business partners, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with our merchandising and marketing teams to develop and execute in-store promotions and events that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide regular market updates and insights to our European Market Expansion Director and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and implementation of our company's sustainability and social responsibility initiatives in Germany.
- Collaborate with our logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products to our stores in Germany.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform our business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure a strong and stable supply chain.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in market research, business development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the German retail market and its trends and challenges.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the German market.
- Fluency in English and German languages.

- A master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience working in a similar role or industry.
- Knowledge of our company's products and brands.
- Familiarity with our company's systems and processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of β¬60,000 - β¬75,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive health insurance plan, a retirement plan, and 25 days of paid vacation per year.
