🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our German Market Expansion Lead — Omnichannel Retail, you will play a pivotal role in steering our company's growth in the German market. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute strategic plans for our retail channels. Reporting directly to our Head of European Operations, you will be responsible for achieving revenue growth targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies. Your impact will be measured by the success of your initiatives and the resulting improvements in our market position.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform omnichannel strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Develop and execute market expansion plans, including strategic partnerships, new store openings, and refurbishments.

Optimize store layouts, merchandise planning, and visual displays to enhance the shopping experience.

Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to stores and customers.

Design and implement in-store experiences that align with our brand values and enhance customer engagement.

Develop and manage budgets for all market expansion initiatives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

You must have at least 8 years of experience in retail operations, market research, or a related field.

You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data analysis tools and metrics.

You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

You are fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You have experience working with retail software and systems, such as ERP, CRM, and POS systems.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Having experience in the German market or a similar emerging market would be highly beneficial.

You have knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies and experience implementing them in a retail environment.

You hold a master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

You have experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
