🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the German Market Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our Ross Stores brand in Germany. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and expand our market share. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform your decisions and drive business results.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute market expansion plans to increase sales and customer satisfaction

. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales promotions, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives

. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and business partners

. Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives

. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion

. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

. Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

. Collaborate with the leadership team to set business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in market expansion, sales, or marketing

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

. Experience working in the retail industry

. Knowledge of German market trends and consumer behavior

. Fluency in German and English

. Certification in marketing or sales

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
