🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a German Market Expansion Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in Germany. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them. You will report to our Regional Director of Europe and will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying areas of opportunity, and developing and executing plans to drive growth. Your impact will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute market expansion strategies to drive business growth in Germany.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas of opportunity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans to capture new business opportunities.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.

Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies to drive business growth.

Develop and manage budgets and forecasting models to ensure accurate financial planning.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in market research, business development, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the German market and retail industry.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong network of contacts within the German retail industry.

Fluency in German language.
