🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our German Market Expansion Strategist - E-commerce Specialist (Remote), you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive e-commerce growth in the German market. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, analyze market trends, and optimize online customer experiences. Your work will directly impact our company's revenue growth and market share in Germany. You'll report to our E-commerce Director and collaborate with our regional marketing team to ensure a united front in the market.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth in Germany.

Develop and maintain in-depth market analyses to stay ahead of competitors and trends.

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

Optimize online customer experiences through continuous A/B testing and user experience improvements.

Analyze customer data to identify key trends and preferences, informing product development and marketing strategies.

Work closely with our e-commerce platform team to ensure seamless online experiences.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the German market, including partners and suppliers.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, market analysis, or a related field.

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth through data-driven strategies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex data sets.

Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.

Fluency in German and English.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the athletic apparel industry or a related field.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or SAP Commerce.

Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.

Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 50,000 - EUR 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
