π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a German Market Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to design, implement, and optimize operational processes across Popeyes locations in Germany. This role is a critical part of our strategy to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain our market share. As a key member of our operations team, you will report directly to the Market Operations Manager and will contribute to the development of our company's overall strategy in Germany.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and implement operational process improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across Popeyes locations in Germany
. Collaborate with our logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, inventory management, and delivery of products to our customers
. Work closely with our culinary and customer service teams to design and implement menu item offerings that meet customer preferences and drive sales growth
. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted initiatives to address these areas
. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and government agencies
. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure Popeyes maintains a competitive edge
. Develop and implement business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions
. Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational performance and provide coaching and feedback to our restaurant teams
. Develop and implement processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
. 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management; experience in the fast-food industry is highly preferred
. Proven track record of driving process improvements and driving sales growth through operational excellence
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, franchisees, and suppliers
. Strong knowledge of MS Office, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
. Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is highly preferred
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
. 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management; experience in the fast-food industry is highly preferred
. Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and strong knowledge of SQL programming
. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
