🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a German-speaking Cloud Security Architect - Compliance for Financial Institutions, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure solutions for our financial clients. You will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their compliance requirements. You will report to our Cloud Security Engineering Manager and will be part of our Cloud Security team. Your work will have a significant impact on the trust and confidence that our clients place in us.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure solutions for financial institutions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as PSD2 and GDPR

* Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their compliance requirements

* Conduct security assessments and penetration testing of cloud infrastructure

* Develop and maintain our cloud security best practices and guidelines

* Collaborate with our engineering team to integrate security features into our cloud infrastructure

* Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and technologies

* Develop and maintain relationships with cloud security vendors and partners

* Participate in incident response and crisis management efforts

* Develop and deliver training and documentation to internal stakeholders on cloud security best practices

* Work closely with our compliance team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations

* Develop and maintain our cloud security roadmap and strategy

* Collaborate with our engineering team to integrate security features into our cloud infrastructure

* Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and technologies

* Participate in incident response and crisis management efforts

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on compliance for financial institutions

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

* AWS Certified Security Specialty or equivalent experience

* Knowledge of relevant regulations such as PSD2 and GDPR

* Experience with cloud security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework

* Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies

* Excellent communication and project management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience with cloud security tools such as AWS IAM and AWS Config

* Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies

* Experience with cloud security frameworks such as Cloud Security Alliance

* Cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty

* Experience with cloud compliance frameworks such as SOC 2

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range between 50,000 and 80,000 EUR per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a retirement plan. Our Cloud Security team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about cloud security. We work closely together to design and implement secure cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients, and are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and technologies. We have recently completed a major project to migrate one of our clients to the cloud, and are currently working on a new project to develop a cloud security best practices framework.
