🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The German-speaking Cloud Security Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the cloud security compliance strategy for Chick-fil-A's DACH (Deutschland, Austria, and Switzerland) market. This role will report directly to the Regional Security Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud infrastructure and applications comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal security policies. The Cloud Security Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud security posture, collaborating with external partners and vendors, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This role will be focused on ensuring that Chick-fil-A's cloud services align with our company's values of trust, integrity, and customer obsession.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular security audits of cloud infrastructure and applications to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud security compliance documentation, including security policies, procedures, and standards.

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that cloud security controls are implemented and maintained.

Develop and deliver training programs on cloud security best practices for team members.

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and emerging trends in cloud security.

Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure cloud security compliance with third-party contracts.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, security, and compliance teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for enhanced cloud security compliance.

Develop and maintain metrics to measure cloud security compliance.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in cloud security compliance, with a focus on the DACH market.

A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Expert knowledge of cloud security frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and EU data protection regulations.

Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications in cloud security, such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on the DACH market.

Certifications in data protection, such as CIPP/E or CIPT.

Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python or Java.

Experience with cloud security tools, such as AWS CloudFormation or Azure Resource Manager.
