🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness for Domino's in Germany. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to identify market trends, analyze customer behavior, and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and will be an integral part of shaping our digital marketing strategy.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform digital marketing strategies

Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

Create and edit engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts

Collaborate with our creative agency to produce high-quality ad creative

Monitor and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food or retail industry

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms

Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Marketing or related field

Experience with data analysis and interpretation

Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot

Fluency in additional languages, such as French or Spanish

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Salary range: €50,000 - €80,000 per year
