🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our fintech project. This full-time remote position will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience. As a project manager, you will work closely with our technology team, stakeholders, and external partners to identify business needs, plan and execute projects, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Your success will have a direct impact on our company's revenue growth and market share.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.

Manage and coordinate the work of external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality results.

Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

Develop and implement project metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.

Analyze and interpret project data to inform future project decisions and improve business outcomes.

Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.

Document and maintain project records, including meeting minutes, action items, and project artifacts.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech industry.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Strong knowledge of digital transformation principles and practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Proficient in project management tools, including Asana, Jira, or Trello.

Strong experience in managing external partners and vendors.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience in leading Agile teams and managing iterative development methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud-based services and infrastructure, preferably AWS or Azure.

Certification in data analysis or business intelligence.
