šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a German Territory Business Development Specialist - Digital Customer Experience, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and digital transformation across the region. You'll report to our Senior Manager of Business Development and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans. Your focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, optimizing customer experience through digital channels, and driving revenue growth.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute territory-specific business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand digital customer engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Collaborate with our digital team to enhance customer experience through e-commerce, mobile apps, and social media channels
Design and implement loyalty programs, promotions, and other initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure success
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to ensure Walgreens remains competitive and compliant
Leverage data and insights to inform business decisions and optimize channel performance
Communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams
Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance digital skills and knowledge across the organization
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and success
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including e-commerce, social media, and mobile marketing
Experience with sales data analysis, market research, and customer feedback analysis
Ability to work across functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Familiarity with loyalty program management and customer engagement strategies

We're offering a competitive salary range of ā¬60,000 - ā¬80,000 per year, depending on experience
