🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a German Vehicle Logistics and Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our auto parts distribution center in Germany. You will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of vehicle parts, as well as managing inventory levels to meet customer demand. You will work closely with our logistics team to optimize our supply chain and improve our delivery times. Your success in this role will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers on time.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the receipt and storage of vehicle parts in our distribution center, ensuring that all stock is accurately accounted for and stored in a safe and secure manner.

Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand, working closely with our sales team to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with our logistics team to optimize our supply chain and improve our delivery times.

Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide excellent customer service to our internal customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and to resolve any issues that may arise.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in a logistics or inventory coordination role.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or logistics.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Access.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.

Knowledge of German logistics regulations and procedures.

Ability to speak German and/or other European languages.

Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Certification in supply chain management or logistics.

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
