🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Germany-Based Remote Digital Transformation Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects across various regions in Germany, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will have a critical role in shaping the company's digital strategy and ensuring its successful execution. Your impact will be measured by the successful delivery of projects, improved customer satisfaction, and increased revenue growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience in Germany.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation.

- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects.

- Develop and implement metrics to measure project success and continuously improve processes.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

- Collaborate with the digital transformation team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and external experts.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on project management and leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and operations.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and emerging technologies.

- Fluency in German and English, with excellent writing and communication skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience working in the retail or consumer goods industry.

- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.

- Experience with digital transformation tools and platforms, such as Salesforce or Adobe Experience Manager.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
