🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Digital Health Solutions Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of advanced digital health solutions that enhance the overall experience of our members. Reporting to the Director of Digital Health, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and measure the impact of our digital health initiatives. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of digital innovation, driving business growth and improving health outcomes for our members.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive the adoption and utilization of digital health solutions across various channels and platforms.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and operations teams, to design and deliver user-centered digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our members.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital health, informing our strategic direction and investment priorities.

• Work closely with external partners, including technology vendors, startups, and industry experts, to stay ahead of the curve in digital innovation and identify potential partnerships or collaborations.

• Develop and manage complex project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of digital health initiatives.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our digital health solutions and inform future optimization and improvement efforts.

• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on digital health trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in digital health, ensuring compliance and adherence.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in digital health, health insurance, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.

• Proven expertise in digital health strategy, product development, and project management, with a strong understanding of the German health care market.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of digital health technologies, including electronic health records (EHRs), telemedicine platforms, and mobile health (mHealth) solutions.

• Experience working with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

• Experience working in a managed care or health insurance organization, with a strong understanding of the German health care market and regulatory environment.

• Familiarity with emerging digital health technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and the Internet of Things (IoT).

• Certification in digital health, health informatics, or a related field, such as CPHIMS or CAHIMS.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a highly competitive salary range of €55,000 - €75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and vacation days.
