π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Germany Station Operations and Passenger Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our station in Germany. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our station team, including passenger assistance, baggage handling, and station maintenance. You will report directly to the Station Operations Manager and work closely with our customer service team to ensure exceptional passenger experiences. Your primary goal will be to drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and secure environment for our passengers.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with our customer service team to ensure exceptional passenger experiences, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Oversee the daily activities of our station team, including passenger assistance, baggage handling, and station maintenance.
Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure the station is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Provide regular reports to the Station Operations Manager on station performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in station operations, customer service, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience working in a passenger rail or transportation environment.
Certification in operations management or customer service.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to station operations.

Salary range: β¬55,000 - β¬75,000 per year.
