šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Accessibility Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our SaaS platform is accessible and usable for all users, regardless of their abilities. You'll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to identify and address accessibility issues, develop and implement accessibility strategies, and provide training and support to our teams. You'll report to our Head of Accessibility and work closely with our global accessibility team to drive our accessibility mission.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct accessibility audits and testing of our SaaS platform to identify and address accessibility issues.
- Develop and implement accessibility strategies and roadmaps to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to design and develop accessible features and products.
- Provide training and support to our teams on accessibility best practices and accessibility standards.
- Work with our global accessibility team to develop and implement accessibility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external experts and stakeholders to stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain accessibility documentation and resources for our teams.
- Conduct accessibility research and analysis to inform our accessibility strategy.
- Participate in internal and external committees to drive accessibility awareness and best practices.
- Other responsibilities as required.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in accessibility, inclusive design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and regulations, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
- Experience with accessibility testing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with accessibility in the tech industry.
- Certification in accessibility or a related field.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
