šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Air Travel Policy and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring Delta's air travel policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs that promote compliance and reduce risk. Your efforts will have a direct impact on Delta's reputation, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain air travel policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs that promote compliance and reduce risk.
* Conduct audits and review of air travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide guidance and support to employees on air travel policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed on changing regulations and best practices.
* Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas of improvement in air travel policies and procedures.
* Develop and track metrics to measure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement solutions to address non-compliance and reduce risk.
* Develop and maintain compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Provide regular reporting to senior management on compliance performance and areas for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
* Participate in industry associations and regulatory bodies to stay informed on changing regulations and best practices.
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures for managing air travel data and analytics.
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures for managing air travel technology and systems.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of experience in air travel compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, law, or aviation.
* Professional certifications such as CCEP, CCM or CCOA preferred.
* Strong knowledge of air travel regulations and industry best practices.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Experience with policy development and implementation.
* Experience with training development and delivery.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Excel.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 7+ years of experience in air travel compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
* Master's degree in a related field such as business administration, law, or aviation.
* Experience with policy development and implementation in a global airline environment.
* Experience with training development and delivery in a global airline environment.
* Strong understanding of air travel technology and systems.
* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Excel.
* Fluent in multiple languages.

Delta offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
