π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Automotive Digital Transformation Specialist at General Motors, you will play a key role in driving our company's digital transformation strategy across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and product development, to identify and implement digital solutions that improve our internal processes and customer experiences. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive digital adoption and innovation across the company.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a global digital transformation strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital projects and initiatives.
Design and implement digital solutions to improve internal processes and customer experiences.
Manage and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and innovation.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital initiatives.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 7 years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital transformation strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification in digital transformation, ITIL, or a related field.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
Familiarity with digital transformation methodologies, such as Agile or DevOps.

We offer a competitive salary range of β¬60,000 - β¬80,000 per year, depending on experience.
