šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The Global Brand Strategy Manager, Restaurant Experience will play a critical role in developing and executing our brand strategy across the globe. This experienced professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement global marketing campaigns, maintain consistency across all restaurant experiences, and drive brand loyalty. Reporting to the CMO, this manager will have a significant impact on our brand's success and will be a key member of our marketing leadership team.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute global brand strategies to drive restaurant experience consistency across all markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
Work with the menu development team to ensure menu items align with brand positioning and global marketing strategies.
Analyze consumer trends and competitor activity to inform brand strategy and recommendations.
Manage and optimize the restaurant experience through surveys, focus groups, and online reviews.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure brand standards are met in packaging, ingredients, and operational practices.
Create and maintain global brand standards, guidelines, and playbooks to ensure consistent execution across all markets.
Develop and manage brand-related budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand strategy and global marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing global marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of global marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MA or MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.
Certified Marketer (CM) or related certification.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic).
