🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Global Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the expansion of our business in the German market. Working closely with our international team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customers. Reporting directly to our Head of Business Development, you will have a significant impact on our company's growth and success. πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the German market, aligned with our company's overall growth objectives.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, partners, and industry thought leaders.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

- Develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customers, leveraging various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business development strategies.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with business development initiatives.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Business Development and other stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including technology providers and system integrators.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

- Develop and deliver training and workshops to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
