🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Business Development Manager — Germany Expansion, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our business in Germany. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase market share. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of International Development and work closely with our cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute business growth strategies for Germany, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and industry partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Master's degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience working in the fast-food industry or a related field.

Knowledge of German market trends and consumer behavior.

Certification in business development or marketing.
