π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Business Process Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency across our global operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing process changes that will enhance our production processes and drive down costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvement projects, and will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all changes are aligned with our company's overall strategy.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement business process improvement projects across global operations, with a focus on reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers, department heads, and other business leaders.
Provide training and support to employees on new processes and procedures, and ensure that all changes are communicated effectively to the organization.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in a business improvement or operations role, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and metrics, and develop reports to communicate findings.
Fluency in English, with an additional language (Japanese or German) a plus.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and Tableau.
