🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Business Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence and efficiency across our organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance our processes. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of the financial services industry and stay ahead of the competition.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs across multiple business units. Conduct thorough process analysis and recommend changes to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new business processes and workflows. Lead process improvement initiatives and project manage their implementation. Develop and maintain process documentation and provide training to teams. Identify opportunities for automation and implement process automation solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems. Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in process optimization, business analysis, or a related field. Proven track record of delivering process optimization projects with significant ROI. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in process mapping and analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Procesion. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Certification in process optimization or business analysis (e.g. CBAP, CCBA). Experience working with process automation tools such as RPA, BPM, or workflow management software. Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence. Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems (e.g. Salesforce, CRM).

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Salary range £50,000 - £80,000 per annum. Comprehensive health insurance package.
